Recommended prices in Euro starting from 7 days booking per person per night excl. local tax starting from 15 years old (Euro 2,50 per person per night) - please contact us personally for an individual offer. The price includes:

• Cot, linen and high chair
• Cleaning after departure, parking lots (depends on availability), electricity, some kitchen towels
• Fiberglass internet
• 1 bath- and 1 handtowel per person.
• Bed linen once per person
• initial quantity of toilet paper, tablets and coffee filters

Advance payment /Payment procedure:

• Each booking must be prepaid.
• The final payment can be made in cash.

Arrival/Departure:

Check-in from 4.00 p.m. Check-out latest at 9.30 a.m. To use the arrival day for skiing also: You may leave your luggage with us, but you must understand that we do not assume liability for this.

General Guidelines:

In our House the Austrian Hotel Contract terms and conditions are applied. Our Covid-19 measures and cancellation terms(PDF). Should less number of persons arrive than it was booked, the full price will be charged.

We recommend a travel insurance! (Covid also insured at no additional cost)

This is a non-smoking house, but smoking is allowed in the balcony, garden and terrace.

We ask for your understanding that in our house no pets are allowed.

For your ski and ski shoes is our heated ski room at your disposal.
